Policies and Procedures

Shipping Info:

Overnight delivery is mandatory. We ship live orders Monday-Thursday, to arrive the next day. All orders that are placed before 9am PST will go out that day after that time, the order will be shipped the next day. Any orders made after this time on Thursday and over the weekend will be shipped on the upcoming Monday. You must be available to acclimate the jellyfish on the day of arrival. We guarantee the jellyfish will arrive alive or will be replaced or credited to your account. We understand that weather, and other delays happen.

Returns:

No returns accepted on live animals or food. Aquariums may be returned if unopened and not damaged. Customer is responsible for shipping any products back. If your jellyfish arrives dead on arrival, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Please provide a picture and description via email of the conditions that it arrived (ie. Box, temperature, etc.) Make sure that the jellyfish bag is unopened. Once the bag of jellyfish has been opened and the jellyfish has been moved into an aquarium the refund policy is void. When we have reviewed your claim, you may choose to receive a replacement jellyfish or receive account credit. If you’d like another jellyfish, you will need to pay for the shipping.

Aquaculture and Sting:

All of our jellyfish are aqua cultured and raised in captivity. All jellyfish can sting to some degree however we are not responsible for any stings that may occur from our products. It is understood that our jellyfish and products should be handled with caution and that different species have different levels of stinging. Additionally, different people have different reactions to stings and until you understand your own personal reaction, caution should be taken with each jellyfish.

Terms & Conditions:

By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you are agreeing that you are intentionally purchasing live animals. These live animals need the proper aquarium and filtration to survive. If the before mentioned is not provide the animals can wither, become deformed and die within 48 hours. Many people do not understand the necessity of proper filtration and aquariums for these animals. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion to ensure that no misinformed purchases of live animals are made.
